These 1-hour classes are less strength based and involve movements more like climbing, jumping, bodyweight pulling/pushing/squatting, core training, jump roping, running, cycling, etc.
We keep things very structured with stations, intervals (work/rest), partner/team workouts, and 2 games in every class (incorporating the movements we’re learning in those classes).
Every class we also include a 5-10 minute talk about our 5 Factors of Health (Eat, Sleep, Train, Think & Connect). Each of these talks align with our weekly newsletter that each Kid receives a hard copy of after class. Every Kid’s family also receives a weekly email (including a digital copy of this newsletter) explaining what’s happening in class that particular week.
Class cancellations/off days are determined by Natick Public Schools (vacations, no school days, snow days, etc). There will be no refunds for snow days. Our full schedule, including any changes, can be found by clicking on the "Schedule" tab at the top of this page.

4:00-4:15 Warm Up Stations: Rope Swing, Skin-The-Cats, Plate Push, Box Traverse, Wall Walks
4:15 - 4:20 5 Factors of Health Talk: Eat
4:20 - 4:30 Game: Rubber Chicken Basketball
4:30 - 4:40 WOD: Wall Squats, Box Jumps, Push Ups, Run
4:40 - 4:45 5 Factors of Health Talk: Sleep
4:45 - 4:55 Skills: Jumprope, Pull Ups
4:55 - 5:00 Game: Pizza Pie Delivery Person
