LIFT is our Strength and Conditioning program focused on getting middle schoolers fitter, faster, and stronger. As parents, we catch ourselves saying, “I wish I had started this back when I was a kid.” That’s why this class is so critical to middle schoolers who are just starting to either develop inefficient and dangerous habits with body movement, or really great ones that will free them up to focus on adding top end strength and fitness because they’ve put the time in here learning proper form and technique.
Our strength program cycles through foundational movements including the strict press, bench, deadlift, and squat. We layer in bodyweight movements to teach correct movement patterns and build strength with push-ups and strict pull-ups. We work speed and explosiveness with movements like sprints, bike intervals, sled work, sand bags, and box jumps. And, conditioning is trained daily by combining of all of this in a fun atmosphere…with dope beats ;)
Our Kids also get a daily talk highlighting one of our 5 Factors of Health: Eat, Sleep, Train, Think, and Connect. They’re learning the stuff we all wish we learned when we were their age, just never had a place to learn it from: how ultra-processed food and added sugar affects our bodies, what happens during the various stages of sleep, what VO2max is, how to handle hard things better, how a victim mindset keeps us from becoming the best version of ourselves, how to be the most “curious one in a conversation”, and why it’s so important to spend time outside in nature every day.
Mondays & Wednesdays at 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:00pm - 5:00pm (waitlist only!)
Our class schedule matches the schedule on the Natick Public Schools calendar - If they're in session, so are we!
Pricing:
Each month requires a monthly membership which equals $22.50/Class. The amount of classes on the schedule each month changes based on the
Natick Public Schools calendar.

Membership Details:
All LIFT sessions are capped at 18 Kids.
Auto-renews, cancel anytime before next month.
No-class days & cancellations follow the Natick Public Schools calendar.
Non-refundable.
Non-transferable to other memberships or accounts.
Currently, 1 class a week is not an option and all memberships include 2 classes per week unless scheduled otherwise.
