For me, CrossFit is a way to celebrate what I am capable of. I am grateful for the fact that I get to push myself through challenging workouts. I don’t have to work out… I get to work out. As a coach, I like that I get to help others realize their own extraordinary abilities and achieve things they didn’t think possible. Helping others learn, challenge themselves, and realize how lucky they are, are pursuits that I am incredibly passionate about.
