<p>Looks like the warm weather is here to stay! Yay! Sometimes it can be difficult to make it to the gym when it is super nice out. However, that&#8217;s no excuse to skip a workout or not be active. Grab some of your friends or siblings or both and get outside! Find a field and run some relay races. Make up your own team WOD with sprints, sit ups, push ups, and squats. Find some monkey bars and practice your kip! What&#8217;s that?!?!?! You have an old basketball and no pump <img src='http://crossfitnewengland.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':-(' class='wp-smiley' />  turn that frown upside down! Cut the basketball open (maybe ask your mom or dad to help with this part) and fill it with sand! Duct tape it back together and voila! You now have a medicine ball! Yay! Now go run some 400m sprints with it <img src='http://crossfitnewengland.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  the possibilities are endless! What are you going to do this summer to stay active when you&#8217;re not at the box? Post ideas to comments.</p>

<p><strong>Master&#8217;s Throwdown</strong><br />
We&#8217;re psyched to announced that 18 Master&#8217;s competitors are headed to the Ocean State Throwdown in Cranston, RI on Saturday June 9th! Michelle Marshall is organizing t-shirt design and the CFNE after party for the event.</p>
<p>The workouts have been announced and CFNE athletes have had several questions regarding strategy and training for the events. Ben and MDV have created a cheat sheet and discussed the best approach for the WOD&#8217;s.
