Burn is a 45 minute high-intensity cardio class. We use bikes, rowers, light weights, and simple gymnastics movements to deliver a sweaty, full-body workout. Burn is for everyone. No on-boarding or CrossFit experience needed. Come on by Monday-Friday at 10:30am and jump right in! Your first burn is on us.
To drop in all you have to do is sign our waiver online (at the bottom of this page) and show up a few minutes before the burn.
