Burn is a 45 minute high-intensity cardio class. We use bikes, rowers, light weights, and simple gymnastics movements to deliver a sweaty, full-body workout. Burn is for everyone. No on-boarding or CrossFit experience needed. Come on by Monday-Friday at 10:30am and jump right in!
To drop in all you have to do is sign our waiver online (at the bottom of this page) and show up a few minutes before the burn.
