At the call of Go, the Athlete 1 can start the DB Snatches. When completed, advance to the rower.
Once Athlete 1 advances, Athlete 2 can start the DB Snatches.
Continue pattern for Athlete 3.

Millie and Sylia: Jumping Pullups!
Progress, progress, progress! We have kids left and right getting pullups. Your hard work is paying off, keep it up. Looks like our goal of the kipping pullup is in full “swing”!
Leaderboard Challenge: 25 Burpees for Time!
With the help of their partners the kids pushed really hard to do 25 burpees for time. Lots of PR’s today. Great work:)
Hollow Arch Rolls!
In today’s class we started working on our steps to getting a kipping pull up. Look at one of our Crossfit kids in a great arch body position. The kids rolled from a hollow body to an arched body position with out touching their hands or feet. We have some strong CFNE kids:) One step closer!
