Hollow Arch Rolls!
In today’s class we started working on our steps to getting a kipping pull up. Look at one of our Crossfit kids in a great arch body position. The kids rolled from a hollow body to an arched body position with out touching their hands or feet. We have some strong CFNE kids:) One step closer!

When performing a heavy dead lift it is very important to maintain proper form the whole time. Weight in the heels, back is set. Noah dead lifted 135# for 3 reps. Super Strong!
