“They are so bought into the idea of training hard, eating clean, getting sleep, and overcoming adversity. Despite all the distractions and madness of quarantine with 2 young kids, and then adding an injured kid on top of all that, they have leaned in even harder into making time for themselves and taking care of their health. During shutdown, Kissy has taken up running and ran further than she ever has before. Irv got his first pull-up on his backyard jungle gym and then proceeded to link together huge sets of them. They are so happy that they get to these workouts and really enjoy the benefits of their hard work.” – Coach Morgan
