CFNE! We are doing our first FULL EQUIPMENT workout TOMORROW! Get ready to move some weight and get back on a machine! There will be a 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 11:30am, 12:30, 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30pm Zoom/Parking Lot Class. There will also be a TEENS class at 3:30pm today. Can’t wait to see you all!
