Get your friends together and plan what times you’ll be here for the 2019 Teamwork 24-hour challenge. It goes from 1pm Saturday to 1pm Sunday this weekend! There are posted workouts and the intention is that you can scale, adjust, and modify them as much as you please. There will be a coach here to help as well. And remember, only a class at 7am and teens at 11 on Saturday.
