Friday September 20th at 6:30pm we’re doing a “Buds and Suds” style event called Get Up For ALS! It will involve a partner workout and food & drinks afterwards. A note from coach Morgan-
“Every year I do a workout in memory of my dad who fought ALS. It’s a celebration of what we are capable of. This year how cool would it be to do it with the CFNE family and celebrate what we are capable of together!”
