I don’t understand what the wod is asking for. It doesn’t specify how many wall ball reps and when to begin and end them, or how long?

The workout starts with wallballs. At the one minute mark complete 5 deadlifts. Go back to wallballs for the remainder of that minute. On the two minute mark do 5 deadlifts and so on. Score is total number of wallballs completed in 7 minutes. Good luck, it’s a burner.

Basically, it’s 7 minutes of wallballs, with 5 deadlifts at the top of each minute. The first, of your six sets of deadlifts, starts at 60 seconds. The score is total deadlifts.

That should be – total wallballs, in seven minutes
