CrossFit TILT II Kids’ Fitness Class
Where: 31 Union Avenue, Sudbury, MA

When:
 Tuesday 4:30pm-5:30pm
Thursday 4:30pm-5:30pm
Sunday 12pm-1pm

Who: Children ages 7-10 years old

What: CrossFit TILT’s Kids’ Fitness program is designed to develop the body awareness and physical capabilities of young athletes between the ages of 7-10 years old. We structure our program to incorporate basic bodyweight movements, conditioning, and basic strength development through functional movements. We focus on promoting health and fitness in a positive learning environment. We incorporate team building games as well as team workouts to help encourage social interactions and a fun environment. Our classes are safe and effective for children of all levels and fitness backgrounds.
