The numbers are in and we have our winners for the 2018 Nutrition Challenge!

And…. it’s a photo finish! Five athletes made such significant changes in weight and percent body fat–and had similarly impressive near-perfect scores–that the coaching staff, after an hour of discussion, could not pick a clear winner. This is not a “everyone’s a winner” cop-out. These five athletes made the same measurable changes and lifestyle improvements, and deserve to share the first place prize.

Here are your 2018 Nutrition Challenge winners:

Nancy Monbouquette- Perfect score and lost 12.5lbs.
Sarah Gardner- Nearly perfect score and Lost 4.5% body fat
Reggie Santos- Perfect score and lost 19lbs
Irv Rakhlin- Lost 22lbs and 5% body fat
Byron Pavano- Lost 20lbs and 8% body fat

If you are competing the Open, please take the judges course HERE before end of day on Monday.

For the first four weeks during the Open, we will be offering a 6:30pm class on Friday! This hour will be run just like a typical class and will give athletes an opportunity to complete the Open workout.
