Welcome Coach Nicole to the Team!

Born and raised in New Hampshire, between being a New England sports fan and participating in team sports since the age of 8, fitness has always played a large role in my life. Although, 6 years ago if you told me I would pursue fitness full-time as a career, I would have probably thought you were crazy. Prior to this life I was a member of the corporate world. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a business degree, I spent 5 years working as an IT Business Analyst at Liberty Mutual and then Reebok, which is where I discovered this incredible sport. Before CrossFit, running was my sport of choice. I’ve run 5 marathons and 4 half marathons, and aerobic capacity is my jam. A few months into CrossFit I realized that this was my calling, my purpose, and my true passion. After losing my job at Reebok to a corporate re-org in 2016, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to go after those career dreams and I haven’t looked back since. I love helping people accomplish things they never thought were possible and seeing them transform not only physically but mentally too. The smile on someone’s face after their first box jump or first pull up are things you never forget. CFNE is a magical place. From the members, to coaches, the competitive athletes, and front desk staff, everyone is treated like family. We all push each other every day to be the best version of ourselves, not only at CFNE but outside the walls of 15 Tech Circle. I love this place. And I am so honored and humbled to be welcomed to the coaching staff. As cliché as this is going to sound, receiving the offer to be a coach at CFNE truly is a dream come true. I’ve grown so much through CrossFit and I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned and hopefully motivate others the way CFNE has always motivated me.
