We’ll be firing up the grill after “Team Murph” finishes 6:00pm on Saturday – come by to hang out if you can!
On Sunday, at Noon, we’ll start our final workout – “Marston”. Blake Marston was a close friend to Geoff, and came to CFNE to train with us on multiple occasions. Finishing the challenge with his workout is fitting, with some tasty treats potentially arriving afterwards to celebrate the conclusion.
