Registration for the CRASH B’s end January 30th! By signing up for the CRASH B’s and competing on Sunday, February 12th you can earn yourself 10 bonus points for the Nutrition Challenge. There will be a group of us going to compete and then going out to eat in Boston afterwards.

The CRASH B’s is a rowing competition where athletes compete for the fastest 2K. Sign up as an individual in the open registration and under “affiliated” put CrossFit New England. All experience levels are encouraged to come join the fun!
