      “Former U.S. Navy SEAL Glen Doherty, 42, of Winchester, Massachusetts, assigned to a State Department security detail in Benghazi, Libya, died in an attack on a U.S. consulate on September 11, 2012. He is survived by his parents, Ben and Barbara, sister Katie, and brother Greg.”

    Glen: 36:47, PR by 3:31. 55# clean and jerks (finished that at 2:58) and 5 full rope climbs. Started to shred my legs so I stopped at 5. Nice big 7 am class today- thanks Cheryl!

    +2:11 from last WOD, but 20# heavier and 10 more PUs.

    Holy Girl Chipper CRAZY MADNESS Batman! That was intense! Did this with two days left in Afghanistan. My coworker and coach out here turned me onto CFNE’s site and I’m sure glad he did! Thanks for the thrashing!

    Tough one, but love the hero WODs and what comes along with them. Running and burpees – I still hatechuuuu.
