That’s because you look so dam good when you workout. I’m sure I looked like I was going to stroke out… and besides I’m sure the “spray” could wash out.

The Admiral: 19:17, 55#. Slower than last time (by about a minute) but heavier by 5#.
The Admiral: 11:06 (85#, 8 strict burpee pull ups/round. Kip hurts my shoulder but strict is ok! Hooray!)

The Admiral: 21:32 (115#, low bar for burpee pull ups, quad not 100%, and some step ups on the box). My shirt was so wet it was like wearing a weighted vest; that was brutal.

Admiral: 18:03 with 65# zercher front squats and jumping pull ups. It was toasty in the gym tonight but great to be reunited with the 7:30 crew including all three members of the MW who did awesome. Great job to Bridget too!!
