    • good job, Amy. Smart to stop because of knee–you have really come back very strong from your injury. Proud of you!

  9. OHS 7×3: worked up to 2×205#(f) 3×195(PR) technically a 60# PR for max “overhead squat”. Super pleased.

    Cashout: reminded me of my shoulder rehabs. super positive.

    Shoulders felt tired/weak today. Squat felt good, but lacked overhead stability.

  11. OHS 7X3: 115# PR. Last time I did any max/heavy OHS was the opens in March. I recall being quite concerned/nervous/anxious about doing the 95#OHS RX and worked hard to get 10 Reps(only doing 4 at most in a row)
    Was really psuched to get 115# today. Big PR for me. Putting it even in a better context, looked back at my notes from 3 years ago, when I was working/struggling between the dowel up to the 35# bar! Much improved flexibility, strenght and technique.

    3 miles total: 1 mile warm up, 1 mile at short tempo pace, 1 mile cool down.

    I continue to run my tempos ~20 seconds faster than goal pace, which I suppose is a good thing.

    Tough morning but the last time I did 7 x 3 was 125#. Need to figure out why my good shoulder was the bad one this morning.

    at the 8:30 we do things differently…thanks for that Ben.

    We used very very light weight so we did 45# to just do form – no strength! OHS my favorite and wanted to go heavy but working on form is important too!

    And lots of mobility and CFNE warmup, etc.

    Squat snatch. 195 (pr) now to make it as pretty as the OHSs.

  18. Shoulder gives me problems with overhead wide grip so subbed back squats and worked up to 3×165#. First time I’ve tested going towards my max.

    Then changed to front squat and did 2×1 @ 165#
