    I did Wednesday’s lifting: 3×1 front squat 115# (5# PR), 3×1 push press 90# (10# PR I think), 3×1 thruster 85# (20# PR but only because I’ve never done a 1rm).

    Great job to all those who came in and ran in the rain!!!

    I went to DB too..did the above WOD with Tara O’DOnnel – All I know is the time was under 25min (just under) and did 125# DL and I did 14# to the 9 foot target. Rest RX. Most I have ever done in a WOD for DL and WB. It was HARD as heck and felt AMAZING!
