    The positives: first time my back hasn’t really locked up running since the fall, and the squats felt really really light – fast/unbroken, no issues

    The negatives: DUs… My last round of them took me over 7 min. And all three rounds had at least 25 single, double unders. Probably should’ve just subbed these out for GHDSU or heavy KBs. Total beach season miscalculation on my part.
