    I overheard the BEST conversation this morning after class.
    Man 1: “I don’t know how your wife puts up with you.”
    Man 2: “I’m awesome in bed, dude. PR.”
    Man 1: “Oh, really? You go for time, I go for AMRAPs.”
    LOVE IT! I’m still laughing.

    Started on BJ – huge mental battle – had more in me I think. Too much rest during, need to focus on staying steady with movement throughout. Went to Push Jerk 3rd round because I could feel my left shoulder being a little wonky. Thinking I might have needed to use a closer grip?

    305 (not a PR, 322rx, and didn’t realize until the end I was using the women’s bar for Push Press)
    SDHPs with 70# KB in round one, hand release push ups for SDHP in rd 2&3, rest rx

    I’ll never pr this workout and I’m good with that… It usually takes a round for me to remember I don’t believe in SDHPs, just upset I was too far away from the GHD – progress>tradition
