    Deads unbroken, ghds got messier than usual, push ups were as good as they’re gonna be for someone with a concave chest.

    Kind of planned on doing Christine til 10 seconds into heat two. This happened more spontaneously than usual. I was in the back room at 3-2-1 go looking for a rower… Would’ve heavied up my deads if I knew I wasn’t doing Christine.

    My legs felt like bricks and after the first row they were very fatigued. My body is telling me I need a couple of days off. Still gave it my all and enjoyed the 5:30 pm class:-)
