    Burner: 3+13, Rx. I’ve never done wall balls using the targets so that really slowed me down.

    Had my watch set for 7min instead of 5 (HELLO!) Getting back on the GHD at about 2:00 left I called out the time to Georgia. As I was heading into the WBFS I finally realized that we were done about :45 ago…So, 4rds: GHD, 14# WBFS, Burpees
