    • Oh, and this interval spin WOD on my Trainer:
      Intervals of standing climbs heavy gear, recovery spin, seated low cadence heavy gear, recovery spin.
      10min warm up
      1min, 1min, 1min, 1min
      2min, 1min, 2min, 1min
      3min, 1min, 3min, 3min – almost went back down to 2min, but decided to extend the rest and keep going up to 5min :-D
      4min, 1min, 4min, 1min
      5min, 1min, 5min, 5min cool down
