    Got anywhere from 14-24 DU / round unbroken! Got 26 post wod… With singles in between but huge progress

    Went in to chunk off the end of my rowing challenge but bicep hurt so im calling my first DNF in 2 1/2 years… 44,700 mtd… Actually pretty good considering I hate rowing.

    4 rounds strict Cindy completed! LOVE this months challenge.

    An Open Letter to Ben and Heather…

    Points to ponder when considering revoking our family’s CFNE car magnet:
    1) The only reason I was driving crazy like that is because we had just gotten a call that our daughter’s brownie troop had returned from their camping trip earlier than expected and there were a bunch of overtired girls and chaperones waiting for us in our driveway.
    2) I almost never drive the car with the magnet on it as my work vehicle can’t have one and John would never drive like that.
    3) I would not have pulled that maneuver on Rt. 9 had I not seen that it was you and been extremely confident of your reaction time.
    4) John has now sufficiently lectured me on the CFNE driving code.

    15 rounds, banded stricts and interspersed knee PUs.

      – How did it end up with you?
