    MU: 8 rounds of 3-4 per minute. Mostly singles.

    I got to attempt 15 times in rounds 1-5 but forced myself to actually get 15 real DU’s in the last five rounds

  4. iron man: 16:35 (65#). DUs were going well until the end when i got so f#%@^!&ing frustrated that i gave up and did 2xSUs for rounds 3-2-1. felt so lame afterward! you won DUs, but this is the last time!!!
