    The problem with base ten counting, in my head, is I forget to count my thumbs since they aren’t technically fingers so I end up in multiples of 8, and lose count. I don’t really know what I did.

    I started on the ghd and ran out of my rest period under the pull up bar so I did strict pull ups. Row for cals was fine and the snatches bothered my back so I defaulted to hand release push ups.

    Like I said my score is and always will be “?” for all things tabata until I can afford to pay someone to count my reps.

    Thanks for the modifications, Meg Fox/Bane… Fun morning with the mayhem as always!

        I know you love that at “3, 2, 1 go” I had absolutely no idea what I was doing for this workout and didn’t figure it out until I was on whatever my next station was.

        Do I really look like a guy with a plan??

    1 mile up Boom Run (1475 vertical feet) then down Cruiser
    42 minutes up, 10 minute transition and 2 minutes down.

    Could not convince any friends to join me-they fear my functional fitness (and are too lazy to get up at my normal time)

  10. Like Christian, I thought counting would be a not-so-hard thing to do, although he went base 10, I was figuring on the counting by 1s method (1-2-3…you’ve all done this before) Like Christian, I was proven wrong. Write it down or pay someone, that’s my method from now on.

    55 t2b, 89 bj, 47 row… wrote 28 for snatches but looking back now, i know my lowest score per round was 4 and my highest was 6… which would make my total at least 34 or higher… so thinking my total is a little short. most likely 38? no way to tell now! ugh. counting!!
