  3. Missed the 7:30pm crew tonight! Keeping it real in Big D this week, but hitting it hard.
    Strength:
    1. BS: 6×6, 170# – All reps
    2. Press: 4×6, 95# – 4, 4, 6, 6 – Slow to warmup
    WOD: “Glowing Crosses”
    EMOM 20
    Even – 1.1.1.1 Clean and Jerk, Rest 3-5 sec between each single
    Odd – 30 Double Unders
