American Dream: 10+1, 75#, 1 chest to bar and 1 push up sub. 1 full round (+1!) PR from May 2012. Last time did regular pull ups and banded ring dips. One of my favorites, but I tore both hands in the 9th round, ouch.

Worked on TTBs after doing a EMOM up ladder.

I did this twice before; 2 years ago with 85# and same # of rounds, and last year with 115#’s and 9 rounds. I highly recommend recording WOD’s for anyone out there that has not done so—it is amazing and a HUGE boost to one’s self esteem/well being to be able to reflect back on WOD’s you have done, in the past, and to be able to see your progress. For me, this one was significant!
