    Burner – I don’t count I just try and keep moving
    - no less than 15 WBs/34 DUs per round – maxes of 18/41

    Haven’t squatted off a rack/actual weight since October so this was a pleasant surprise.

    Burner: I forgot but I put the total on the board. Two rope malfunctions limited my DUs. 13, 13, 12, 14 with a 10# ball… Can’t remember my DU totals.

  9. Bench 5×2 (75 and 85 ) 95# x 3 then did 105 x1, 110x 1 for a new PR!! Woo hop 5# PR – may have a bit more in tank but had appt with fred the stretch guy

    5100 M row (wowzers from a girl who hated the rower!!!) not a fast pace but consistent. 21,600 MTD – less then most but heck so much more then I have EVER even imagined!

    10-8 TTB OTM x 5 (dropped to 8 after 3 round)…They are still linked – yea me!

    So, that was my rest day…go figure!
