    This was so much slower than last time b/c I did CTB= these are frustrating me b/c they take me so dang long – NEED TO LEARN to kip them.
    I had nothing in the tank today..some days like that!

    10:50 45# and all CTB. 1 min PR from a year ago where I did 45# and some pull-ups and CTB. Time to go up in the weight now that I have the CTB nailed down. Thanks for the push Jill C!!!!

    No snake bite for me today. Just the thought of it made my shoulders hurt.
    Rowed 10K during class and 2200 after with the ladies. MTD: 30,000.
