Feelin it in the achilles a bit… I felt privlidged and honored to be a volunteer this weekend for the ECC. The planning and execution was absolutely top notch as many others have alluded to above. The level of competition and camaraderie was inspiring. I can’t tell you how many times I paused in thought attempting to keep myself mindful of the awesome crossfit experience I was part of. Witnessing the work ethic, skill and class of each and every competitor has instilled a new sense of purpose for my training. I have taken so many great things away from this weekend.
