Had a great time this weekend from watching and learning from some tremendous athletes to admiring how it all came together seemingly flawlessly. Congrats to all of the athletes, volunteers, and Ben & Heather for a job well done!

Dina was a trooper to WOD with me at 0530.

3.5mi on treadmill at school post bball games. Feelin it in the achilles a bit…

I felt privlidged and honored to be a volunteer this weekend for the ECC. The planning and execution was absolutely top notch as many others have alluded to above. The level of competition and camaraderie was inspiring. I can’t tell you how many times I paused in thought attempting to keep myself mindful of the awesome crossfit experience I was part of. Witnessing the work ethic, skill and class of each and every competitor has instilled a new sense of purpose for my training. I have taken so many great things away from this weekend. Congratulations to the entire CFNE FAMILY. Go team CFNE!
