    Chelsea: 3/6/9 rd 1 then 2/4/6 to 30, but only completed 27. Couldn’t get chin over the bar for the 3 didn’t finish.

    Fun class coach Rhonda!! Hope you feel better.

  4. Chelsea: 7 rounds Rx, 3 4/8/12, went between 3/6/9 and 2/4/6 for the rest. Woof.

    Flight Simulator: Got to 50 +33 – first attempt!

  5. Chelsea: Rounds 1-10 Rx; 11-18 4/8/12; 19-29 3/6/9; 30 Rx (but it took me an extra 5 seconds to finish it). Holy push-ups, Batman!

  7. Chelsea: rounds 1-8 Rx (failed in round 8); round 9 did 4/8/12 and failed; rounds 10-29 did 3/6/9; round 30 Rx… Push-up capacity just isn’t there, but probably could have stuck with Rx pull-ups and air squats.

    Chelsea: 3 or 4 RX then scaled significantly to complete 30 min AND had to take 2 rounds off!

    Bob: 34 + 26 reps. He completed 30 rounds RX and then added a rep per round until he couldn’t complete the round.

    Rounds 1-8 (Rx: 1 round PR)
    Rounds 9-13 (Level 1 4/8/12: 2 round PR)
    Rounds 14-30 (Level 2 3/6/9)

    1-6Rx
    From there called an audible and modified this to an AMRAP 30 and completed 20 rounds. The 20th extended into the 31st minute.

    13-30: Rx pull-ups & squats, 6 push-ups (w/ shaky-at-best standards)
    Rested minute 18

  14. Chelsea:
    1-16 Rx
    17: 24 reps
    18: rested
    19-30: 5/5/15 (rested for a minute in here somewhere)

    Kinda a mess, but I’m smoked today. Lots of reps any way you slice it. Hoping I can straighten my arms tomorrow.

  15. Decided to do Opening Day today: 19-something (12# WB, everything else Rx). Fun workout!
