    365# (1), 385# (4) — haven’t done deads over 225# since October, so felt good all things considered.

    Harry, great class as always… Cross over bands helped a lot.

    4X315 1X365# I had to weight up once, Christian was putting a clinic on beside me. #50 load increase since the last time we did 3×1

    5×3 – worked up to 135#. Most weight I’ve deadlifted in a while. Right hip was bothering me so I stopped here.

    … aaand some other stuff. My fear of rubber bands kept me from most of the cash out stuff.

    Deads – 165,195,215,215,195 Nice working with Melinda, Ashley and my own daughter Kelly! Back started rounding on 215 so I went down to 195. Melinda made 215 look like 155 and her BACK HURT!! She’s amazing!
    Checked my log and 215 is my one rep max from last January. I haven’t one rep maxed deadlifts in a long time.

    @ HS – working on some goats:
    DU drill – 66 – BIG drop from my 92 last week – was not feeling it today.
    5 x 10 push ups, abmat sit ups, air squats
    then
    OTM 20 minutes
    odd – 2 HSPU and 3 Strict Pull Ups
    even – 10 pistols (5 each leg)
    Survived, need to kick it to 3 HSPU and maybe 4 pull ups next time.

  20. 9:30 class – I’m pantless! I believe a golden retriever owner swiped my Nike Therma-Fit medium size black pants (with draw-strings at the bottom, and a very small rip in the right knee) by mistake. They were hanging from a rack just to the right of the ab-mats. These pants have sentimental value… and I’ll gladly return your pants left by the white board when I see you next. Thanks for leaving me my car keys found in the middle of the gym floor, (and thanks for leaving me my shorts and underwear)!
