In round of 30 WBs fell in squat holding the ball (never happened to me before), but per Cheryl’s comments it was a good thing since I fell BACK – meaning that the weight was where it should be, namely, on the heels!
Interesting fact: Tonight there were more people @ 7:30pm class than @ 6:30pm class! I guess the 7:30pm’s coaches have become popular
