Crossfit New England, Kevin Ogar needs our help! As most of you know Kevin suffered an incredibly serious injury severing his spinal cord at T11-12. We will be collecting donations at the gym.     1hr ride indoor trainer – played around with ascending then descending interval:rest – 10:10, 20:20, 30:30, 40:40, 50:50, 60:60 and back down. Geared up and slowed cadence for a bit too. Another day on the bike complete!
