    Open Test: 255 (SU, some C2B some kpu, 85#) – PR by 8 and went heavier on the wall balls & cleans this time, and didn’t do any C2B last time!

    BS 5×5 @265 nearly pr for me

    Open Test – Had high hopes but they fell apart. First couldn’t hold bar in warmup (wrist) so went to 50# dumbbells – lighter but awkward. then felt I couldn’t create intensity in the WOD got to dumbbells at 12:00 – final score 295 with 50# dumbbells and sub in 20x 50# one arm dumbbell snatches for the snatches – only got to 15 of these.

    217 with modifications galore! 8# wb, DU Rx, TTB (17 Rx then busted my finger and finished that batch with sit-ups), 40 walking lunges, 30 hip extensions, then 7 push-ups. Thanks Cheryl for being quick to give me modifications mid wod and extra thanks to Tori who checked out my finger after the wod :)

    27 off PR, but 2# heavier WB and blue band PUs instead of green band PUs.

    6x300m (1:11, 1:09, 1:09, 1:09, 1:09, 1:08) Last 5 w/out straps on feet to focus on leg drive

    Sunday: 1hr ride on trainer

  13. Open Test: 266 (RX except bar@95#). Huge PR for me both in weight. Last June I never touched the bar, and it was loaded at 65#. Progress feels good.
