      DU Drill – 65
      5 Rounds for Time: 1/2 mile bike and 7 Jerks (105) = 18:27. bikes were around 1:00 to 1:10 – jerks took awhile. Lots of cleans in there.

      Kipping and pistol practice
      Little ab work too.

    Clean complex: 65, 75, 80, 85, 90 – but subbed FS for push jerk. PR of sorts, as my previous 3RM for power cleans was 85. Fun working with Alison today, and thanks to Ally for the instruction!

  12. EMOM 10: 10 WBs (20#) + 5 CTB

    MU work: did 20 MUs today. Mostly singles, but managed to string a few together in the later rounds. Got some good cues from Mick and LJ. I’m pretty psyched about the recent MU progress.

    Clean Complex: 135, 155, 165, 175, 185 (missed the last clean, then picked it up did the hang clean and a “star fishy” press/jerk!)

    Jerk work with Ben: a bunch of really good sets at 135#. Priceless!

    • 20# PR on the Jerk..though it was a bit “star fishy” as previously mentioned!

  14. Day 4 of the FLU. Stuck between a rock & hard place. Working out is what always makes me feel better, But I know I cant until I am over this. This absolutely sucks!
