    I walked into the box today thinking I would do box HSPUs, but could tell I would cheat / not be vertical enough, so I did strict push ups instead. The stimulus was met.

    No time for comp WOD stuff – snuck out of work & had to get back. It was fun hanging out with the Naughty Nooners.

    Finally back though I did oversleep this morning. I did not hold myself to working out over break. I did get some good snowshoeing and skiing in but… Starting the new year off at the lower end of the workout ladder.

    @HS:
    DU 2 minute drill: 70

    5×3 dead lift: 185, 195, 205, 215, 225
    5×3 strict pull-ups

    AMRAP 5
    7 DL (95) and 7 lateral burpee bar hops = 98 reps.

    Rest time and supervising but did 3×10 push ups, sit ups, air squats
