30 Lateral Barbell Burpees

20 Lateral Barbell Burpees

10 Lateral Barbell Burpees
AMRAP Snatch, 210/120
One barbell. You must change weights. Must get your torso vertical and clap overhead while jumping over the barbell on the burpee.

    2 reps more than the Open WOD with burpees to target. These burpees seemed more taxing. 3 reps at 135 had nothing graceful about them, but the bar did get up there.

    I blame it on the burpees
