  1. As a result of the never-ending generosity of the CFNE community, we are sending 125 shirts to the students at the CFNE school in Guro, Kenya!! A very sincere thank you to all who supported this project. (And a shout-out to Denise Sullivan who spent a lot of time behind the scenes designing the shirts and note cards.)

    As you may recall, these shirts will be given out by the teachers to recognize various “well-dones” (e.g., attendance, effort). Please (anyone) stop by the CFNE front desk and fill out a note card to be sent with the shirts. Message should be short (just a few words) and congratulatory…well done, keep up the good work etc. Thanks!

    2 Squat Cleans + 2 jerks: 2×105, 2×125, 3×135 attempts(failed 2nd jerk at 135# all 3 times). I just couldn’t lower the bar to the shoulders “right” to do the second jerk. But happy to practice squat cleans. Back squat 1×10@175#. I cave woman shrieked on the last two. Wow, never did THAT before!
