    Thought going from weakness to strength would be good. Paid the price at DL’s got to the bar after the bell sounded in round 1 and took almost a whole cycle off in the middle. Row then sucked.

    I totally lost count and don’t even remember my cals on the rower. Did step ups after two rounds hasn’t done box jumps in 3 months almost, they still don’t feel wonderful.i liked this one a whole lot, though.
