    Talk about a goat day. Very frustrating but a reminder that results come with work not hope. If I want this to change I need to make it change. Time to get to work.

  8. no comment on caption. i have seen Kev’s DU, max box jump, and his ultra pleasant demeanor. he has anti-gravity qualities and is too good to be human. while a model for us all, i am convinced Kev is not of this planet (and i am a bit scared).

    OHS: 55, 65, 65. Felt wobbly on the second, so I stayed at the same weight for the third.
    Snatch Balance: 25#, felt pretty good on this one.
    OTM Snatch: 35#. Wasn’t sure how the “above the knees” was going to go so I went light. Form was hit or miss.

    Was going to do 25 &25, but just ran out of gas, and stopped. That would have never happened when doing with a class.

    Went online. Looks like there might be a crossfit box in the area. Hope to find that tomorrow.

  27. Goat is spelled OHS. Just can’t do them till I get mobility in shoulders. Bar is way in front of my head at the bottom and then gravity takes over. Spent entire class with a PVC.
    Ugh! CrossFit is humbling.
