  1. 11.4 84 RX’d OHS were shaky at best, some were smoother than others. Just like Geoff said, this shit is supposed to be hard. Tomorrow’s another day.

  10. 11.4: 80 @ 65#. Fell apart in OHS … gotta kill the goat. Finished with 20 strong CTB after 10:00. Not my best showing, but a solid workout.
