  1. HK: 16:09 45#s, rest Rx. Not a typo on the time or weight. Keeping weight light as I try to be patient with the rehab, DUs were of the su-du variety. C2Bs most I’ve done in a WOD, with a big thank you to Rachel for just the right tip (make kip more horizontal).
