11.2: 5+11 rx. Did the first few rounds with 15 push ups instead of 12. Oops.

Hang squat clean skill work 10×2 155-175 (first cleans in 2.5 months)

Push ups are such an issue. On the bright side, rebounded box jumps for the first time in a WOD.
7+6 with 85# as pulled something in my lower back. I was too excited of being back at CFNE
Even with some pain I am happy to be here.

I thought I had my scores written down, but alas I can not find them. Push ups are still the crux of this workout for me. Good going with Lil Tony, always a great push.

That post makes it look like I know how to do some sort of advanced math, which I don’t. Especially not after a WOD

was targeting 6rnds, but two slips on box jumps (and recovery after that) cost me quite a few precious seconds
anyway, happy to do it RX’d!

Finally found my 5k time from May (34: +), so was happy to shave more than 4 minutes off.
