Pride In EffortTeam we are still collecting money for T-shirts to send to Kenya. We are trying to send 100 shirts and are so close to our goal. Each shirt is $10 and will mean the world to these students.

Brutal but glad I did it.
Hardball: 22:38. Halved the PUs, 35# kb, 10# wb.
I almost gave up after 1 wallball but somehow kept going. Did 3rounds in about 22 minutes. 26 lb kb, little black, then big black band for push ups. 8 lb. ball. So glad I didn’t bail.

Basically goat week for me so far: running, thrusters, wall balls, cleans tomorrow. Hopefully rounding things out with some ring dips and rope climbs later in the week.
